PetzLife Oral Care Spray and Gel are 100% natural - made in the USA. They have been tested by an independent lab and found to be perfectly safe for your pets. Ingredients include grapefruit seed extract, grape seed extract, thyme oil, neem oil, rosemary oil and peppermint oil. Apply directly on the largest area of tartar. (You will notice your pet licking it's lips repeatedly. This helps mix the spray with your pet's saliva and the natural ingredients will coat all surfaces of your pet's teeth and gums.) Apply daily: Small dogs and cats - 1/3 teaspoon, Medium dogs - 1/2 teaspoon, Large breed dogs - 1 teaspoon. Use your finger or soft tooth brush to apply. (For heavy build-up apply twice a day. For best results withhold food and water 30 minutes before and after applications. After 30 days you can reduce to one application per day sprayed directly into your pet's mouth (After 60 days you can reduce to every 2nd or 3rd day). Note: Your pet's plaque and tartar should not return with this recommended usage. You will know VetzLife Oral Gel is working when the tartar begins to leave the area between the gum line and the teeth. When the gum area is tartar free, it is no longer a breeding ground for harmful bacteria that can go directly into your pet's bloodstream. The last area to become tartar free is the middle of your pet's teeth. You will also notice that your pet's breath will be much fresher. Peppermint flavored.

Our labrador has always had a problem with tartar stained teeth- not to mention stinky breath. When he was 5 years we decided to get a professional cleaning by our vet, at that time. They did a wonderful job cleaning his teeth, however, they chipped off all the tips of his front incisors and canines teeth; all for about $350.00. Ever since that horrible experience I have been leery about professional cleaning. Buddy is now 8, and the tartar build was back again; I decided to take a chance on Petzlife Oral spray. AMAZING product- in one use I saw an improvement. After a week, most of the tartar is completely gone. I am impressed with this product and will continue to use this product for all three of my labs, as needed. Note: At 1st initial use, the boys did not like the idea of spraying their teeth; now they are more interested in the taste and spraying is no problem.

Fast service and the spray was used on a 130 # dane cross who is 12 years old. Not wanting to make him take a chance with the meds required for a vet cleaning, I tried the spray.
The results in 1 week was noticeable, the tarter thinned out and starting breaking off. I would use this again without hesitation.
Should have puchased gel??

I thought the spray would be easier to administer, but it startles my dog (who is not easily scared) and he seems to hate the taste. I'm thinking the gel may have been easier to use.

My dog doesn't like this being sprayed in his mouth, but it does seem to be removing that tartar build up from his teeth
